Summary: No Stock, slow service<br /><br /> Four months and waiting...<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Ordered a model in early January 2012. It is now May and the order has yet to be filled. I sent an email citing the order number. In reply they called me "Paul". That's not the name in my email nor the order. Anywho... the wait continues. Does the UK has some kind of consumer protection legislation? Four months seems an awful long time to wait after payment has been made.
