BEWARE! do not use this company. I and many others have had money stolen by them. They take payment for online orders through a credit card but have no intention of supplying the goods. Repeated attempts to get the goods you payed for, or a refund are ignored. And as any payment below £100 using a credit card is not covered by Cash Back you will be out of pocket! <br><br /> I wonder how many thousands of pounds they have already stolen by this means. I repeat beware of this company.<br><br /> If you have already been conned by this company may I suggest you inform Bourmouth Trading Standards, this can be done through the Bourmouth Citizens Advice and Consumer Service at: consumergaa@citizensadvice.org.uk
No acknowledgement of order,no reply to e mails,quick to take the money from your card.They still haven't delivered, or contacted me,and now I have read lots of other reviews saying the same thing, I have realised I was being conned by a bunch of amateurs who have no intention of delivering my order.<br /><br /> I have now contacted my card company and have raised a dispute, plus they informed me they were passing it on to their fraud team.<br /><br /> Deal with these people at your peril.!!!<br /><br /> Let's hope they get found out.
After 2 months my website order had still not arrived and my emails were not replied to. Answers to phone calls asking for a refund were evasive. In the end I raised a dispute transaction with my credit card issuer and the item was charged back and I received a refund to my account.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> My recommendation based on my experience is you do not deal with this company.
After 2 months my order still hasn't arrived, I've tried telephoning but they are constantly engaged. I've emailed but they don't reply. I'll have to write off the money and go elsewhere so my recommendation is do not deal with this company
Totally unprofessional <br /><br /> Absolute lack of communication over problems. emails unacknowledged, monies from cancelled back order not refunded to date. Business Policy published on home page of web site obviously only words. Will shop elsewhere in future. <br /><br /> <br /><br />
Very poor mail order service. They take your money, do not communicate with you and don not supply the goods. Stay away from this company.
Placed order 21st August 2012, value £241. As of 9th September 2012 no sign of my parcel. Phone constantly engaged, Have not replied to 3 emails.<br /><br /> Be very wary unless you can call in person to the shop, If it still exists. ! ?
