Purchased a Seagull Extra 260-180. Arrived quickly, but with cosmetic damage. Two weeks later I'm still waiting on the £10.00 refund and covering material he promised me to carry out the repairs myself. Had to get JPerkins involved too. If he doesn't send my RMA I'm going to have to start legal proceedings. <br><br /> I expect if your spending lots of money Andy might react. But if you're the little guy with a problem, forget it !

pleasure to deal with over the phone, always friendly staff & Andrew could not of been more helpfull. Brought a YS FZ70 & an x-tech extra pro for my new project in 2013 & the builds coming along just dandy. anything i have a problem with or just want running over to make sure i do it right there always at the end of the phone with helpful advise, will be back in the future many thanks guys.

I have tried to get in contact with Probuild to cancel an order I payed for in december 2012. (Two YS Engines). But they wont answer on e-mail and the answering machine is all you meet on the phone. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> I am afraid this is not a serious model hobby shop.<br /><br /> <br /><br />

Ordered on the phone & expected a couple of days before it arrived! but to my amazement half seven at night a nock on the door the SAME DAY!!!! my receiver being HAND DELIVERED on the chaps way home!!! had it up & running the next morning! absolutely brilliant service! could not of asked for any more. very helpful people on the phone & topped off by the same day service. excellent!

My advice would be to pay that little extra if necessary and get your parts elsewhere. I ordered a propeller which i paid for straight away, quite a simple transaction you'd think. A month on, i still have no propeller and rang to ask for a refund. Finally got through after a week of trying and the person at the other end found it slightly amusing. No explanations, no apologies, nothing. I await a refund ?

Excellent service from a top bunch of people! Ordered 4:30pm on Thursday & said they would try & get delivery out same day so i would have it for the weekend, What happened? 8:30am Friday morning a nice shiny new transmitter box ! could not ask for more! brilliant service!

Ordered and paid for goods on 9 may 2012, I paid to have the goods next day delivery. The goods have not arrived, no response to my e mail, and the telephone is always answer machine. I tried to make contact through there " ticket system" three times no response at all and no ticket number issued. I am afraid this is totally unacceptable and must pursue stronger action, this comment is dated 29.5.2012.<br /> <br /> P.s see you at Weston park !

Ordered a part which I think is out of stock. Competent-looking support page on website. Opened two tickets and sent several emails, but no response or even a ticket number. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> Impossible to contact them. Phone is permanently either busy or on answerphone. I have no problem with being civil as per their request, but it's very frustrating. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> I notice their Twitter and Facebook updates stopped in late April. Is this place the Marie Celeste of online stores?<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Paid for order with PayPal so will leave it a little while then try to get a refund. <br /><br /> <br /><br /> Come on Pro Build. If you've experiencing troubles at the moment at least put something up online to let us know.

They advertised stock they havn't got then they ignored all my 25 emails over 5 weeks and wouldn't pay back my money till i went through Paypal for a refund, very ignorant people and would have stolen my money if it were not for paypal i will never use them again and i would advise people to be wary

been here a couple of times but mostly see you when we travel to weston park every year huge stock of goodies & great advise from phil unfortunetly my wallet came home alot lighter than before i came and saw you :D haha! great service & all the best for the future
