Have only dealt with this company a couple of times but found them to be friendly and helpful
<br /><br /> Helpful in the extreme, the staff give lots of assistance where necessary and if the answer to "Silly" questions is not known, they will find out the required information asp.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> I am a returning, very out of date modeller and with this in mind I found the staff to be patient, understanding and able to make sensible purchase recomendations to get me re-started from scratch.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> A visit to Inwood's is always a pleasure, the staff are a credit to the "Retail Industry" and they empty my wallet with honest style and a smile! <br /><br /> <br /><br /> EAK Bedford
Been into the shop on a number of occasions and have never had anything short of the best of service. If they don't have what you want in stock, they will get it for you with no difficulty. It is not a shop with frills but it does fit true medellers needs.
Unhelpful rude boring not what a real model shop should be!<br /><br /> Don't waste your time going there .
Never actually been in the shop, but I have used their mail order service and they have always been very fast and efficient with my orders. Well recommended.
