avoid this company, they are dishonest. the first product I bought several years ago never worked. Recently, instead of a refund they gave me a voucher code to buy a newer item so I used it (and informed them of my purchase) but they then cancelled my order 2 weeks later and only gave me a partial refund. they then told me to buy the same product from a different website at FULL price instead of using the code that they had specifically given to me. After issuing a partial refund they refused to return the rest and simply stopped answering my emails asking for my full refund. Eventually my credit card provider had to step in and refund it as a gesture of goodwill. don't waste your time, shop elsewhere - they have no respect for consumer rights or contract law. cheap for a reason - not good to deal with.

Love their product, bought it via Groupon with a stated 14 working day delivery time and arrive in 7 days just in time for Christmas
This has got to be THE WORST company there is !!!<br /><br /> Out of the box the Helicopter went side ways,the trimmer on the hand rc unit does not work at all. Smashed it a wall broke the top rotor,took the money for replacement but as yet 9 weeks later not got a thing from them. Ring the number but it's NOT them, check the number..NO answer<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Stay clear Rubbish company
21 working days for delivery???? You must be kidding!! After stating that delivery would be 14 days they then sent me a mail saying it would be 21 working days. Awful service from these guys and reponse times to emails is shocking. I still haven't recieved my item 5 weeks after paying and will be getting my money back by putting it into dispute with Paypal.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Avoid extremefliers....you're better off sticking to Amazon.
Have ordered spares, chased a million times via email, mobile phone number 07506 643 6116 doe snot exist - NO RESPONSE! at all. Reporting to Group-On and others at the lack of information and if spare pat company actually exists!.
