At the time of ordering, Aero Model Hut was the only company in the U.K stocking the model i was after (Hobbyzone Champ). Following the online order i subsequently received receipt emails and regular updates regarding the shipping status, which i found re-assuring. <br /><br /> The staff at Aero Model Hut were also quick to respond to my queries. I will be purchasing from them in future
Fantastic service, had a reply to any email within a few hours and places an order at 11:15am on Friday, had an email at 11:56am saying it had been dispatched and it arrived on the Monday, good prices excellent service and will definately be shopping from them again. A+
We are very happy with the excellent advice provided on selecting RC model helicopters.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> There was a hiccup with the transport of the model which was bought as a birthday present. This was dealt with efficiently and speedily by the Rob Thomson and the model helicopter arrived in time. Rob also provided advice advice on how help and training could be obtained when learning to use the models. We would thoroughly recommend this company.<br /><br />

Choosing right size of glove took a bit of sorting
After a catelogue of failures from the distributer i.e. Ripmax, AeroModel Hut went out of their way to fulfill my order for a Flying Legends Mini Series Mustang, even initially delivering the kit free of charge to my address; although later I had to collect a missing item from the kit.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> It's when things go wrong that the quality of customer support and the integrity of a retailer really shows and I think in this case Aero Model Hut couldn't have been more helpful in doing their utmost to complete the purchase process. It's unfortunate that that the service from Ripmax was so poor and that it should reflect on the service given by AeroModel Hut.

I have nothing but praise for Aero Model Hut.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> I ordered a Flight Simulator from the site on Saturday evening. 9am monday I had a call to let me know that I had forgotten to order the adapter cable for my TX - that was quickly sorted out and today (tuesday) my Reflex sim and adapter where delivered.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Cant ask for more.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Good service.. quick delivery!<br /><br />
