Brilliant all the way.<br /><br />
I bought a Riot and after a few weeks the rudder servo failed and went to full left.This resulted in a very heavy landing. All I wanted was the servo replaced free of charge. I was told there were none in stock and the servo had to be sent to the manufacturer to be checked, even though it screamed when tested on a servo tester. 3 months later, still no response. Unable or unwilling to replace a faulty new servo for under £5, very poor service.
I have been to the shop today with the goal of knowing more about the prices to start flying RC planes as a Hobby and ended up purchasing a plane and radio equipment. David is fantastic, quite friendly, patient and knows what he is talking about. Here you will find a shop that really invests on the customer. Congratulations! Really helpful and friendly would highly recommend. David the owner gives good advice and would rather sell you the right models rather than the most expensive in the shop.<br /><br /> <br /><br />
Good model shop, the owner dave is very helpful. He has a good selection of models in stock. Also if not in stock, he can usually get what you want. In two or three days I bought a telink Yak 54 from him and all the set up, plus a mini magnum and bits and pieces for my 50cc petrol cap 232. Thanks for your help Dave.
This is an excellent shop where you get sound advice and good products. I have found the owner, David, very helpful and patient.<br /><br /> He is probably sick of me by now!<br /><br /> Top shop!!
a proper RC shop with people who know whatthey are talking about, and very good prices to boot.<br /><br /> <br /><br /> Support your local shops, we would miss them if they had to close down.
