After contacting "Mark" at Nitrotek about a Model Helicopter 2.4Ghz 4CH Large Metal Radio Controlled Helicopter<br /><br /> SKU: MRH-3019 which was faulty out of the box.<br /><br /> They have categorically denied responsibility and this afternoon (8 Aug 12) I received an email form "Graham" saying that their decision is FINAL.<br /><br /> So much for the “Sale of Goods Act”. I can only warn other potential customers of “Buyer Beware”. This company excel at taking your money and are quick to deliver.<br /><br /> Just beware when things go wrong.<br /><br /> I have previously bought another Helicopter Model from them which continues to work and perform great. It’s a pity they do not have the after sales support.<br /><br /> I am now faced with action of a legal kind just out of principal.<br /><br /> Mark – expect a letter in the mail.<br /><br />
