I buy over the internet and find their service to be good. Delivery being received within a couple of days.
All Parts in stock on the order I placed, delivery very quick and received in plenty of time for Christmas
Kinda slow delivery, but stuff you can't find anyplace else. Will use them again and recommend them.
Huge variety of stock from many well known brands
We placed our first order with cornwall model boat,thru their webb site.We ask what the cost of the order is in Us Dollars.We did not receive an answer.We sent 3 more Emails asking the same question. To date we have not received our order or answer to our Emails.We are hoping this company has not gone out of busines.Can anyone help us? Thanks, David. Tampa Bay Model Ship Club.
On 9th Feb, I ordered amongst other items a "Strip clamp" at a unit price of £21.25. On taking delivery of my parcel on the 18th Feb I found that the item that I had ordered had not been sent but that they had enclosed a "Form-a Strip" tool in it's place which I did not order or want. Despite sending two e-mails on the 18th and 20th to them pointing out their error, I have not to date received a reply, apology, or reimbursement. Not impressed at all with this organisation (perhaps organisation is the wrong word !)
No customer after sales service
