Tried visiting shop this weekend - told by the security guys that the shop ceased trading about a year ago

I enquired if the man could fix my sons car he said he could replace the broken parts he looked up the parts on line said it would be £10 ready next day I thought this sounded ok he seemed friendly next day no call next day no call again after weekend rang again he said he would repair it due to no stock as it was £179 and only used once we wanted the parts replaced not glued he said he would do it next day when we collected it he put it in the box very quickly which I thought strange and was not friendly when we got to the park later we found the car was missing the driveshaft it was hidden in the manual and the shell was not attached when we rang to see why he hadn't completed the repair he was rude and said he was not going to fix it and put the phone down my son was really upset he is autistic and could not understand why it was not able to drive anyway I took the car to the rc shop in Oxford road reading where the man was lovely he fixed it straight away while we waited I will be using this business in future I have four boys who buy lots of rc vehicles this man in newbury has lost my custom
