Sussex Helicopters Limited (Uckfield)

Really poor shop. Main manager is unhelpful and rude. I hate to say it but go to Sussex model centre in Worthing. All Sussex helicopters tries to do is get you to join the local model flying club. I asked for price of second hand models on display, they told me they were not for sale and they wanted to use them at exhibitions. I asked them to service my helicopter, they told me to throw it in the bin in front of three other people behind the till, they then tried to sell me a T Rex which I could get cheaper online. I told them this but they said you would not get the back up online yet they were going to charge me £20 per hour to set it up anyway. They did not take credit cards at the time. It is a complete joke and they could not sel ice cubes to a person in a dessert !!!!!!
