Ordered an HPI Trophy Truggy 4.6 along with fuel and extras. The package arrived the next working day, so very pleased with the speedy delivery. The hpi box had its factory seal broken for some reason; however, after inspection and testing of the model I can confirm everything was perfect and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Recommended!

called in with a delivery problem (they use DPD couriers by the way, not good) only to be called an effin re*ard, the employee thought i couldnt hear as it was under his breath but i heard clear as day, when confronted about it he called me a liar. not the sort of thing i was expecting from a model shop i just handed over £250 to be honest, utter disgraceful, and pretty obvious going by that performance to have zero customer care.
